• Currently I am only accepting stories from the Frederick County, Maryland area (books of other locations/states will/may come in the future).
• The house, establishment or property that you speak of must be in Fredrick County Maryland.
• Photos may be taken of the area/home reported.  
• Only non-fiction stories are accepted and published.
• Not all stories are promised or guaranteed to be published.

*NOTE: I am not, nor do I claim to be a ghost hunter. I am a writer. If you wish to have your property professionally investigated I can put you in contact with a ghost hunting team that conducts free investigations.

Ouija Board/Séance Experiences (Future Book)

• I am accepting personal experience stories, either positive or negative, from those who have participated in the use of the Ouija Board, and/or participated in a Séance**.
• I do not endorse the use of the Ouija board or Séances.
• There is no right or wrong way to use it. Just don’t do it.
• It is dangerous and can open the portal to evil and unwanted entities.
• Its negative power may not immediately be seen to its user. The entity you invited into your world may take hours, days or even weeks to show itself.
• I do not condemn those who do wish to use it, but I have chosen not be a participant.

**NOTE: Due to publication deadlines all Frederick County, Maryland haunting submissions take precedence over the Ouija Board/Séance submissions.
